Elliman Report: Brooklyn Sales 1Q 2018

Brooklyn housing prices continued to set records while sales slowed after an extended period of robust growth. The median sales price rose year over year for the twenty-second consecutive quarter and reached record levels in the fifth of the seven most recent quarters. The median sales price rose 3.2% to $795,000 from the year- ago quarter, tying the record set in the second quarter of 2017.
