Her quote “you can’t be in this business and not be optimistic” haunts me. How about realistic vs. optimistic?
It should be “You can’t be happy and not be optimistic.”
She means “You can’t do well in real estate sales and tell it like it is.”
This “cycle”, as Jonathan called it, is also not “turning on a dime” in NY or anywhere else.
It will turn, but it’s going to take longer than a dime while we adjust to new and more conservative life style.
This is not real estate deja vu all over again.
