I was recently interviewed by James Nelson [2], one of New York commercial real estate’s star brokers at Avison Young [3] whom I’ve known since his Massey Knakal days. I’ve been on his podcast [4] several times over the years and always enjoy the conversation. This time he did the interview [5] at CUNY studios in Manhattan. In addition, he brought in Vince Rocco [6], a residential real estate agent at Halstead who has a broker-centric podcast known as “Good Morning New York Real Estate with Vince Rocco. [7]” I had never met Vince before so it was nice to get his perspective on the market.
