Elliman Report: Westchester Sales 1Q 2019
While Westchester County price trend indicators showed mixed year over year results, sales expanded for the third straight quarter. There were 1,845 sales in the quarter, up 9.2% from the same period last year. Listing inventory increased 0.4% to 3,596 over the same period.
