Elliman Report: Wellington Sales 1Q 2018
Overall Wellington home price trends generally moved higher as inventory expanded. The median sales price for the overall condo and singlefamily markets rose over the year-ago quarter. Median sales price for condo sales rose 4.2% to $227,625 and median sales price for single-family sales increased 10.3% to $413,500.
