Elliman Report: Riverdale Sales 3Q 2017

The neighborhoods of Fieldston, Hudson Hill, North Riverdale and Spuyten Duyvil that comprise the Riverdale section of the Bronx, showed similar year over year declines in sales and listing inventory.
