Elliman Report: North Fork Sales 1Q 2019
The North Fork housing market hasn’t seen softer price trends in median sales price for eight quarters despite cooling sales like much of the region. The median sales price was unchanged at $606,250 from the prior year quarter. Average sales price edged up 0.9% to $741,049 from the same period last year.
