Elliman Report: Miami Coastal Mainland Sales 4Q 2015

Housing price trend indicators for Miami’s coastal mainland showed mixed results, fewer sales with more supply. Median sales price increased 6.3% to $255,000 from the same period a year ago. Average sales price followed a similar pattern, up 2.8% to $378,114 over the same period. The single family market generally outperformed the condo market in both prices and sales. The median sales price of a single family increased 8.9% to $294,000 and the median sales price of a condo rose 2.4% to $215,000 respectively over the same period…
