Elliman Report: Miami Beach + Barrier Islands Sales 3Q 2019
Although price trend indicators showed mixed results year over year, the rise in sales across property types overpowered the modest gain in listing inventory. The median sales price marketwide was $410,000, up 3.8% from the prior-year quarter for the second increase in the past three quarters.
