Elliman Report: Manhattan Townhouse 2007-2016
Price trend indicators for the Manhattan townhouse market fell from prior year records as sales edged higher. The median sales price declined 5.3% to $4,970,000 from the $5,250,00 record set in 2015. Average price per square foot declined 8.1% to $1,592 and average sales price declined 9% to $6,282,665 respectively from the prior year.
