Elliman Report: Los Angeles Sales 4Q 2017

The Westside and Downtown housing markets were characterized as seeing rising sales, falling inventory and mixed price trends. There were 1,316 sales, up 13.1% from the year-ago quarter. This trend is in contrast to the 13.4% decline in listing inventory to 1,935.
