Elliman Report: Greenwich Sales 4Q 2016
Median sales price for single family sales slipped a nominal 0.8% to $1,587,500 as sales declined 5.8% to 114 respectively from the year ago quarter. Condo median sales price jumped 24.1% to $849,000, outpacing the 19.7% surge in average square footage to 2,184. Number of condo sales fell 27.5% to 37 over the same period. Luxury median sales price edged up 2.4% to $4,557,500 as marketing time dropped 41.6% to 164 days.
