Elliman Report: Fairfield County Sales 4Q 2017
The Fairfield County housing market was characterized by substantial sales volume, limited inventory and rising prices with a noticeable improvement in the luxury market. There were 2,743 sales in the county, up 8.2% from the year-ago quarter and the most fourth- quarter sales in thirteen years.
