Elliman Report: Fairfield County Sales 3Q 2018
The housing market for Fairfield County showed a stable market pace as the number of sales and listing inventory slipped at about the same rate. New contract volume, contracts signed in the current quarter, surged as median sales price rose for the sixth time in seven quarters from the prior year quarter.
