Elliman Report: Fairfield County Sales 1Q 2018
The housing market in Fairfield County continued to experience a fast-moving pace as listing inventory fell more than sales. The number of sales declined 3.4% to 2,021 from the same period last year, the third year over year decline of the previous twelve quarters.
