Elliman Report: Downtown Boston Sales 3Q 2020
The number of sales edged higher as they emerged from the market pause during the spring, while inventory surged. There were 850 sales, up 0.5% from the prior-year quarter, and 9.4% above the five-year quarterly average of 777.3. Listing inventory surged from the prior quarter market pause.
