Elliman Report: Brooklyn Sales 4Q 2019

The housing market has set or was flirting with price records for the past four years. Listing inventory has been rising as the number of sales has been falling respectively year over year for the past two years, yet the housing market pace remained brisk. The median sales price edged up 1.9% year over year to $800,000, the thirdhighest on record after reaching an overall record of $815,000 in the second quarter of 2019.
