Jim, We can strip away all the information overload and focus in to what real estate pricing is all about which is simply supply and demand. Speaking of which, I wish you would update your excellent “# of new condo coop units entering the market” specialty chart which shows that Mount Everest looking late 80s early 90s thru an estimated 2008. That chart hits the bullseye. Thanks
