So while the number of co-op resales is relatively steady, could this spike in condo resales indicate that Manhattan is become more flip-friendly and thus not as insulated from the rest of the housing market as once thought?
I don’t see how – flipping, in bulk tends to happen in new development, and new development properties are general geared to non-entry level units.
