Elliman Report: Westchester Sales 3Q 2017
Despite falling short of the year-ago record, Westchester sales reached their third-highest quarterly total in 36 years. Combined with the lowest third-quarter inventory since 2002, the overall market maintained a brisk pace. There were 3,003 sales, down 6% from the year-ago quarter.
