Elliman Report: Queens Sales 2Q 2020

The quarter finished with 1,610 closed sales, a 46.7% drop from the yearago quarter, and the largest rate of decline in eleven years and the lowest second quarter total in at least seventeen years. The shelter-inplace rules issued by state mandate to fight COVID19 effectively paused the housing market from mid-March to the last week of June.
