[Curbed] Three Cents Worth: The Onus Of The Bonus

December 15, 2006 | 10:42 pm | | Charts |

Its Friday, so I am fairly sure its the time of the week to provide my Three Cents Worth as a post for Curbed. This week I got to use the word “onus” in public for the first time, and as an added “bonus,” it rhymes with a wildy popular topic these days, well, er, “bonus”.

[Curbed] Three Cents Worth: Return to Frenzy?

December 7, 2006 | 11:10 pm | | Charts |

Its Thursday, so its that time of the week to provide my Three Cents Worth as a post for Curbed. This week the charts don’t whip up a frenzy, but they temper dillusions.

[Curbed] Three Cents Worth: No Black Friday Discounts Yet

December 1, 2006 | 12:17 am | | Charts |

My 3CW posts are supposed to be on Thursdays but since the title references Friday I waited (ok, I was really behind schedule). Its that time of the week to provide my Three Cents Worth as a post for Curbed. Looks like the only significant discounts to date were seen on Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

November 9, 2006 | 2:38 pm | | Charts |

Its Thursday, so its that time of the week to provide my Three Cents Worth as a post for Curbed. This week I interject a mild dose of profanity about a not so clean topic to many: GDP and housing prices [sarcasm].

[Curbed] Three Cents Worth: Looking for Flat Spots

November 2, 2006 | 2:33 pm | | Charts |

Its Wednesday Thursday, so its the morning after the time of the week to provide my Three Cents Worth as a post for Curbed. I used up my excuses last week and I am a day late and a post short as well. Going forward, Thursdays will be the new day for the 3CW post.

[Curbed] Three Cents Worth: Price Momentum Wanes, Listing Hiccup Reigns

October 26, 2006 | 10:26 am | | Charts |

Its Wednesday Thursday, so its the morning after the time of the week to provide my Three Cents Worth as a post for Curbed. In a hailstorm of national economic data releases from yesterday and today, I delayed the release to allow people enough time to absorb the national data before springing this on them…well, ok, honestly, I was sidetracked by getting some actual work done.

[Curbed] Three Cents Worth: Finding Quarters Under the Bed

October 18, 2006 | 5:15 pm | | Charts |

Its Wednesday, so its that time of the week to provide my Three Cents Worth as a post for Curbed. As some of you know, the word Curbed originated from the Scandanavian phrase Skurbed, which means “make market charts to make your skin thicker.”
