Brian Rogers is a co-owner and the Chief Operating Officer of Miller Samuel. Brian joined the firm in 2005 and runs the day-to-day operations in addition to his appraisal and consulting duties. He is a state certified residential real estate appraiser.
Prior to joining Miller Samuel, Brian worked as a business analyst for two different Fortune 500 companies over a period of six years. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
He has performed wide-ranging valuation assignments concerning mortgage origination, relocation, foreclosure, litigation bankruptcy, asset valuation, divorce, trust, estate matters, and court testimony. He has been admitted as an expert witness in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York, United States. Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Kings, United States, Family Court of the County of New York, United States. Brian is known for his extensive experience as a “neutral” appraiser in matrimonial matters. The court often recommends Brian to perform appraisals for both parties.
