Hi Housing Noters. You get a reprieve this week. This is a very abbreviated Housing Notes as I attend a RAC appraisal planning meeting in Dallas. Afterward, my wife and I are going with friends to a ranch somewhere in the middle of Texas to do anything we can to avoid doing ranching things for the first time.
In the meantime, next week will be the third anniversary of these weekly Housing Notes. Time flies when you are viewing insights and a heavy dose of satire…

Phil Crawford’s Voice of Appraisal – Phil talks ethics i.e. Ben Carson’s HUD table as the agency cuts programs and the relationship between Ben Carson Jr. and Brian Coester.
Brilliant Idea #1
If you need something rock solid in your life (particularly on Friday afternoons) and someone forwarded this to you, or you think you already subscribed, sign up here for these weekly Housing Notes. And be sure to share with a friend or colleague if you enjoy them because:
– They’ll be more satirical;
– You’ll be more insightful;
– And I’ll do some ranching.
Brilliant Idea #2
You’re obviously full of insights and ideas as a reader of Housing Notes. I appreciate every email I receive and it helps me craft the next week’s Housing Note.
See you next week.
