This was my third invite to appear on the early program for ABC News, America This Morning. I got to sleep in an extra thirty minutes longer than the first two appearances, leaving my house at 3:30am (in stead of 3am) to make it in time for the segment. The ABC production is a well oiled machine and its always a pleasure to do the spot. Everyone is so professional.
The topic this morning was the latest release of the RPX Monthly Housing Report that I produce for my new venture Radar Logic. It was the inaugural report and its looks at 25 MSAs across the country on a price per square foot basis.
The key premise? There is no national housing market and this is what serves to confuse consumers and financial institutions as they place national report results to individual properties.
