Dina A. Miller
Dina Miller is a co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer of Miller Samuel Inc. She is a certified residential real estate appraiser in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and Massachusetts and has been actively appraising properties since 1986.
She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She was an independent fee appraiser as well as an on-site and off-site real estate rental agent in New York City prior to co-founding Miller Samuel Inc.
Ms. Miller has performed extensive assignments for mortgage origination, relocation, foreclosure, asset valuation, trust and estate purposes over her career.
She manages the day-to-day operations of Miller Samuel Inc. with responsibilities for training, hiring, appraisal review, client relations and quality control.
